How do I reserve your trailer?

In order to reserve we ask for a $200 non-refundable booking deposit, up to 24 hours after your booking deposit has been paid you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. (Booking deposits will be a form of payment.

When are the final rental charges and damage deposit due?

Final payment and damage deposit are due 14 days prior to the unit drop-off date.

How much is the damage deposit?

A refundable security/damage deposit of $500.00 (CDN) and full payment of the rental unit will be taken 14 days prior to the rental drop-off date.

When do I get my damage deposit back?

When the rental unit is picked up, we will go through the unit, we will then do a thorough check back at Family Adventures RV Rentals and make sure everything is working and no damage to the unit, at that time we will then return your damage deposit.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, e-transfer, Interact, Visa & Mastercard.

Do you deliver and set up the trailer to our campsite or destination of choice?

Yes, we only deliver our trailers.

Fees are as follows from Family Adventures RV Rentals located in Sorrento, BC

Within 75km is $175.
-
76km-100km is $225.

101km-125km is $275.

When will you be at the campsite?
-
When you book your trailer, we will arrange a time to meet at the campsite and go over the rental unit.
​
Do you supply propane for the unit?​

There will be a full 30lb tank included with the rental unit. There will be an additional one for an additional charge, if opened/seal broken.

My site has no sewer hook-ups. What if the RV tanks are full?

It is the responsibility of the renter to have the holding tanks emptied. The campgrounds have a list of companies that will come to your site.

How long will the holding tanks last?

Within 3 days a family of 4 it's normal for the fill tanks to be full even with minimal use. Showers could fill the holding tanks in 1 day. We suggest you using the campground facilities at all times except during the night. If you do dishes, you could do them in a basin provided so the water can be thrown out, instead of going down the drain.​

Does the RV have air conditioning?

Yes, the unit has air conditioning when booking your campsite ensure that the site you reserve supplies minimum 30Amp power.
